This is fun at first, but the longer you play, the less frustrating it becomes, because looking for a new passage after you press a switch quickly gets old. The levels are small, but very complex and usually have hidden switches that open passages in the other part of the location. ![]() ![]() ![]() However, the game compensates for that, but not always in a good way. The game was originally released on Nintendo 64, and it shows: it has smaller levels and less enemy types than Doom 2 (no revenants, arch viles, chaingunners). Not the best game in the series (actually, I think only Doom 3 is worse), but still fun and provides a different look at the Doom.
